My experience in photography is exemplified through the variety of my work, and my clients. No detail is insignificant, regardless of the scale of the project. So, whether I'm photographing food, product, people, or anything else, my objective is the same: create completely unique and tailored images to fit the needs of both you and/or your client.
Today, most artists and photographers seem to specialize in one thing. Or one style. I've always felt this approach was too confining. It not only limits the photographer, but also the client's expectations - ultimately weakening the creative process. I prefer to adapt to each job individually. Changing to match the concept, much the way a chameleon changes to match his environment.
For example: location or studio? That should be determined by what's appropriate for the job. This philosophy also extends into such areas as lighting, talent and wardrobe selection, as well as film and digital techniques - all of which can have a huge impact on the final image.
